What's new in itinovo CRM: flights, agent area, teams, gift list and eight markets
A richer quote, flights booked from the quote, a portal in five layouts, the agent area, teams and permissions, the gift list, eight markets and AI on every plan: itinovo CRM's autumn updates and where to see them.
What's new this autumn
This autumn itinovo CRM has grown in every part: an even richer quote, flights booked without leaving the quote, a client portal in five styles, an area for the agencies that resell your trips, teams and permissions for agencies with several branches, the gift list, eight markets with their own rules and AI on every plan.
Here are the most important changes, grouped by the work you do every day. Where a feature has its own page on the website you will find the link and the same image you see there.
The quote, richer and faster
The heart of the CRM is the quote, and it is the part that has grown the most. The itinerary is built day by day with photos, texts and a map of every stop. The road legs between one stop and the next are calculated and saved on the quote, so the client also sees the driving times. To say where a service takes place, you simply search for an address or a place on the map.
Services come from your catalogue in a single row: you search by name or by place across direct suppliers, tour operator catalogues and allotments, and the CRM suggests the rate valid for the dates. The AI writes the description of each day and translates it into the client's language.

Other things anyone who prepares quotes every day will notice straight away:
Who is travelling. Adults, children with their ages and infants are entered on the lead and in the enquiry form, together with the departure city and approximate dates such as "July, about 10 nights".
You can keep working after sending. On a quote that has been sent or accepted you can correct texts, photos and operational details directly in the quote builder. Only the money and the contract stay fixed: for those you need a new version.
Duplicate for another client. A successful trip becomes the starting point of a new lead for another client in two clicks. And a quote that was never sent can be deleted without losing the lead.
The PDF the way you want it. The PDF quote has a new look, and you decide whether to show detailed prices, in the PDF and in the portal.
The quote builder is described on the Quote Builder page.
Flights, ferries, cruises and trains inside the quote
This is the most requested feature. From the quote you search and book flights from more than 300 airlines with your own Duffel account: fares side by side, seat map, baggage, holds and changes. Duffel issues the tickets, so you do not need IATA accreditation. The flight goes into the right days of the quote with your markup, which never touches the taxes. When the client says yes you book, with passports read by the AI, and pay from your balance or put the booking on hold. In the portal the client sees the fare, baggage and conditions of what they are buying.

On Starter each booking costs €3, Professional includes 5 a month and Business 20. Details are on the flights page.
Alongside flights, ferries, cruises and trains have become real service types: ports and stations, ship and train, cabin and seats, accompanying vehicle, port itinerary and port taxes. The ports of call of a cruise appear on the portal map, with the ship's route.
And if the transport has already been booked elsewhere, you do not have to copy it: upload the PNR, the ticket or the confirmation and the AI creates the rows of the quote.
The client portal, in five styles
The client does not receive a PDF: they browse the trip on their phone or computer, accept it and pay. The portal now has five layouts (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Nature and Luxury) and the style can be chosen for the agency or for a single trip; on Starter the layout is Classic. The map follows the days, in 3D too, with the photos and the hotels: the client sees the hotel and not just the town, and always finds the agency's emergency number.

The best way to understand it is to open it: the demo portal shows a real trip in all five layouts.
Suppliers: less data to copy
Much of an agency's time goes into retyping data that already exists somewhere. The supplier features all go in this direction.
Public data from the map. When you create a supplier, the CRM suggests the address, coordinates, phone, email and website from the property's public data, and you confirm field by field. This also works for hotels sold by tour operators, which end up in the right place on the portal map.
Rate sheets and catalogues read by the AI. Upload a supplier's rate sheet as PDF, Excel or CSV and the AI extracts structured rates, with a confidence score on every value to check before confirming. A tour operator's catalogue can be imported from PDF or Word in the same way.
Bed bank vouchers read for you. A Hotelbeds or Bedsonline voucher is imported straight into the hotel row, with the free cancellation deadline highlighted.
Before the sale. From the Suppliers tab you ask all the suppliers of a trip for availability in one click, or record by hand an answer that came by phone.
After the sale. If a supplier confirms at a price different from the accepted quote, you choose: absorb the difference, and the client sees nothing, or propose a new version to the client, who is free to refuse it.
The catalogue is described on the Supplier Catalogue page.
Groups: departure series, free places, prices that hold
There is a lot that is new for groups. The same trip on several dates becomes a departure series: each departure has its own places, bookings and status. The rooming list is generated for each hotel, as PDF or Excel. Free places have two explicit policies, "one person travels free" or "a discount for everyone", and every per-person price follows the choice. In the price bands by number of participants, vehicles and guides grow with the group, and the table says what is included in each price.

For DMCs selling to a tour operator there is the group offer with prices by band and the single supplement. Everything is on the Groups & MICE page.
Tour operators, DMCs and reselling agencies
Many of the agencies using itinovo do not sell only to travellers. For them there are three new features.
The agent area. Your catalogue, opened to the agents of reselling agencies at the prices of their agreement: enquiries arrive in your pipeline and commissions are calculated automatically. It is part of the Business plan and has its own agent area page.
A tour operator's package, resold. When you sell another organiser's package, the row says so, the CRM collects the organiser's details and gives the client the right form and conditions. If the tour operator publishes its terms only at a link, the CRM keeps a copy at the moment the client accepts.
Selling from a DMC to a tour operator. If your client is a tour operator that resells, the lead knows it and does not produce the package documents meant for the end traveller.
Teams and permissions for agencies with several branches
Agencies with several branches or departments organise the team as a tree and give each person only what they need: each branch and each salesperson sees their own leads. Typical roles are ready to use and are not edited but duplicated. Costs and margins, identity documents, health and payment data are restricted on three levels. A partner can grant permissions on behalf of the owner, who is notified when the grant concerns money and can undo it in one click. Notifications and the AI assistant follow the role too: nobody reads in the chat what they cannot see in the CRM.

It is part of the Business plan, described on the Teams and permissions page.
The gift list: a trip paid for by the guests
A wedding list, but also a graduation, birthday, anniversary or retirement. The client shares a page and guests give part of the trip online. The list never goes beyond the balance due: the last contribution shrinks by itself. Gifts brought to the agency, in cash or by bank transfer, are recorded like the others with a receipt, and if the trip is cancelled the client chooses whether to refund the guests.

It is on every plan: Gift list page.
The agency's day
A new Dashboard. It opens on the day: who is travelling, who is leaving, who to call, what itinovo did on its own and how the month is going, with the invoices to issue among the things to do.
The quote on the pipeline. Kanban and List show the status and price of the quote on every lead. A lead that will not go ahead is marked as lost, with the reason: it leaves the pipeline, enters the analytics and can be reactivated.
Analytics with a written summary. Sales, margin and money collected in the period compared with the previous one and, on request, an AI summary with up to three things to do. The same summary arrives every week by email.
All communications in one place. The Communications tab of the lead puts the emails sent, the scheduled ones and the ones to check in a single timeline.

And every page of the application now has an animated example: in half a minute it shows how it is used, on example data from your country. More on the Pipeline and Analytics pages.
Eight markets, each with its own rules
Austria, Ireland and the United Kingdom have joined Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal. For each market the CRM knows the VAT margin scheme, the information form and the national contract differences; for the United Kingdom there are the British contract and information form, with ATOL for agencies that hold one.
Other changes that apply in every market:
The agency's regime. You state whether the agency works under the margin scheme or only as an intermediary, and the agency's own services, such as a transfer with the agency's vehicle, are taken out of the margin scheme with standard VAT.
The client's language. Contract terms, supplier descriptions, destination highlights and agency texts can be written in several languages. When a text is not in the client's language the CRM points it out and offers to translate the quote.
Terms for single services. Agencies selling only a hotel or only a flight have their own terms, separate from those of the package, and acceptance collects the specific approval of clauses where the country's law requires it.

The Payments & Administration page sums up payments, invoices and e-invoicing by country.
Emails, vouchers and documents with a new look
The CRM's emails are designed like screens: a single frame, the information you need to decide, the next step and the buttons, in six languages. Vouchers have a new design in the six templates, with the flight ticket. The copy of the contract goes to the client automatically, or the CRM asks each time, or you hand it over yourself: the agency chooses. And the "Ready for departure" strip shows what is still missing from the documents before the client leaves.
AI on every plan, and new plans
AI is included on every plan. Starter includes 200 requests and 150 documents read a month, Professional 500 and 400, Business 1,500 and 1,000. The AI writes and translates texts, reads passports, confirmations, rate sheets and tickets, imports contacts from an Excel sheet and turns a campaign segment described in words, such as "clients who travelled to Asia in the last two years", into rules.
The plans have been reshaped too. Starter already handles tour operators, DMCs, commissions, confirmations and travellers; Professional adds groups, statistics and the document templates; Business goes up to 20 users, with teams and permissions and the agent area. Until 31 December 2026, anyone who activates an annual Professional or Business plan locks the price for three years, even during the 30-day trial. Everything is in the Pricing section.
If you are coming from another system, the home page has a form to tell us where you are starting from and what you want to bring: we reply with a plan.
What next
These are the most visible changes; many others are small but make a difference every day. The simplest way to see them is to try them: the free trial lasts 30 days and shows what each plan includes.
