For tour operators, DMCs and incoming agencies

Travel agencies sell your trips. You run them all in one CRM.

A private area where the agents of your reseller agencies see your catalogue at the prices of their agreement, request a quote and follow their bookings. Commissions, their VAT and the seller details on every document work themselves out.

Three roles, one trip

Everyone sees their part. Nobody types anything twice.

Agencies' requests land straight in your pipeline

Every reseller agency is one of your clients, with its own agreement. Its bookings enter your pipeline with a “via” badge, the quote ready from the template and the commission already worked out.

  • Reusable agreements. One rate for packages, one for excursions, one for hotels: choose for each agency and from when it applies.
  • You decide who collects. The agency keeps its commission and passes the net on to you, or you collect and the commission is paid separately.
  • What agents see. One tick on the template: “visible to agents”, the optional services, nothing else.

How it works

From the agreement to the commission paid

Five steps, and the CRM does the repetitive ones.

  1. 1

    Agreement

Rates by type of service, who collects, where documents go. Once per agency.

    you

  2. 2

    Catalogue

Mark the templates “visible to agents”: the agent sees them with photos, departures and their price.

    you, once

  3. 3

    Request

The agent picks dates and travellers and asks. A booking with its quote appears in your pipeline.

    the agent

  4. 4

    Quote and portal

You review it and send it: to the agency or to the traveller, as the agreement says. The traveller accepts once.

    you, then the traveller

  5. 5

    Commission

Earned on full payment and departure, with the right document: the agency's invoice recorded against it, the self-billed e-invoice in Italy.

    the CRM

Commission or net

Each agency works the way it prefers

One catalogue, two ways to sell. The agreement decides, not a second price list.

On commission

The agency sells in your name

The client pays your retail price; the agency earns its commission.

To you
£1,890
  • The contract and the information form name you as the organiser and the agency as the retailer
  • The commission documented the way each country expects

Net

The agency buys and resells

You invoice the agency your net price; it resells with its own markup.

  • The rate always reads on the retail price: no separate price list
  • Your invoice to the agency becomes the supplier invoice in its own Itinovo

Linked agencies

Two Itinovo accounts, one trip, no copy and paste

When the agency already uses Itinovo, you invite it to link. From then on its confirmation and your booking are the same thing, seen from two sides.

Each side confirms its own money

A payment from the other side arrives “announced”: whoever receives it confirms with one click or says it has not arrived. Differences show on both sides.

Nobody reads the other's CRM

Only the catalogue you show agents and the bookings you exchange go across. Every passage is recorded, and either side can suspend.

Free for the agency

The link is on every plan. You switch it on from Business; the agency accepts from its own CRM, in a minute.

Commissions

Commissions without a spreadsheet

They are earned by themselves, paid with the right tax and come with their document.

Earned when they should be
On full payment, on departure or both, as the agreement says. A cancellation cancels them.
VAT on top or included
Set once in the agreement: the commission is shown and paid with its VAT on top or included.
The right document
The agency issues its commission invoice and you record it against the right bookings; in Italy, the self-billed e-invoice is yours.
Net passed on, commission kept
When the agency collects, its transfer settles what it owes you and its commission together.

Frequently asked questions

Can agents book on their own?

No, by design: the agent sees their price and sends a request, and the booking is created on your side with the quote ready. Availability, confirmations and the final price stay your decisions.

How much does an agent cost?

Nothing. Agents are not users of your plan: invite as many agencies and agents as you like.

Can I give each agency different prices?

Yes, with agreements: rates by type of service and for packages, with the date they start. Change the agreement and new requests follow it; what is already sold does not change.

Does it work if the agency buys net?

Yes. With a net agreement the agency sees its buying price and resells with its own markup; with a commission agreement it sells in your name and earns its commission.

Who sends the documents to the traveller?

You decide in the agreement: to the agency, which hands them over, or straight to the traveller. The client portal works either way.

How are commissions paid?

They are earned on full payment and departure, as the agreement says. The agency issues its commission invoice and you record it; in Italy the CRM prepares the self-billed e-invoice and the withholding tax. When the agency collects, its transfer settles them.

The agency already uses Itinovo: what changes?

You link it with an invitation. Your catalogue joins its products, its confirmation request reaches your pipeline, and your answers and documents go back to its CRM. The link is free for the agency on every plan.

Is my data safe from the agency, and theirs from me?

Yes. Neither of you reads the other's CRM: only the catalogue you show agents and the bookings you exchange go across, every passage is recorded and either side can suspend.
