Outlook · Calendar · OneDriveNew
Your Outlook mailbox, inside your bookings.
Write to the client from the CRM and the email leaves from your address. The reply lands in the booking by itself, with its text and attachments. Appointments go into your Outlook calendar, documents into OneDrive or SharePoint, in the agency's folder.
Microsoft 365 in full: Outlook, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint. Works with Google Workspace too.
With Microsoft 365: Outlook, calendar, OneDrive
Everything you do in Outlook, in the right place.
Everyone connects their mailbox in a minute. From then on the CRM knows what happened with every client and every supplier, without copying and pasting.
Write from the CRM, it leaves from you
The email to the client or supplier leaves from your Outlook address and stays in your sent mail. Formatted text, attachments taken from the booking's documents or from SharePoint.
Replies come in by themselves
The CRM recognises client, supplier and booking and files the email in its place, with the whole text and the attachments saved in the documents. When it is not sure, it asks.
The calendar keeps up
Calls, deadlines and departures from the CRM in your Outlook calendar. The hours bookable from the website take your appointments into account.
Documents in OneDrive and SharePoint
Contracts, quotes and vouchers copied into the agency's folder, one per booking. And when you write, you attach a file from there.
How it connects
Three steps, nothing to install.
1
The agency turns it on
The owner chooses what goes into the bookings and turns it on for everyone.
2
Everyone connects their mailbox
One click, Microsoft's consent, done. If your organisation asks for it, the administrator approves once.
3
Work as always
Write from Outlook or from the CRM: the bookings fill up by themselves.
And with Google Workspace?
It works with Gmail too, differently.
Microsoft 365
- Sending from your mailbox
- Incoming and sent emails come in by themselves
- Two-way calendar and free hours on the website
- Documents in OneDrive and SharePoint
Google Workspace
- Sending from your Gmail mailbox
- Emails come in through an automatic forward, set once in Gmail, or by putting the CRM in Bcc
- Calendar and free hours on the website
- Documents in Google Drive
Under control
Only what concerns clients and suppliers comes in.
Only addresses the CRM knows
Personal emails and newsletters stay out: the CRM keeps only those with clients, travellers and suppliers.
The agency decides
The owner chooses what comes in, and the team receives the text explaining what the connection does. Disconnect whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with new and classic Outlook?
Yes: the connection is with the Microsoft 365 mailbox, not with the program. It works for Outlook on the computer, on the phone and on the web.
Do personal emails end up in the CRM?
No. Only emails with addresses the CRM knows come in: clients, travellers, organisers and suppliers.
Is the Microsoft administrator needed?
Only if your organisation does not let individuals approve apps. In that case the administrator approves once for everyone.
What changes with Gmail?
Sending, calendar and documents work as with Microsoft. Incoming emails come in through an automatic forward you set once in Gmail, or by putting the CRM in Bcc.
Connect Outlook and OneDrive and watch your bookings fill up.
